Speeds Coffee Shop - Battle Creek

The food is always pretty good and the service is always good. Speeds brings back pleasant memories for my girlfriend. She frequented the place as a kid with her dad and brother. We make new memories there now when we can.

I have been going here for nearly 50 years! It has changed so much! The food is good. The coffee is great. The owner, cooks and waitresses are always friendly and nice. It's not very clean. The Restroom is kinda scary but I will keep going back!

I know you'll think this is crazy but I ordered a hot dog and the cook grilled my bun to perfection and the hot dog was grilled dark like I love it.. I think it was the best hot dog I've ever had! I definitely would go back.. The service was very good.. They definitely need a face lift Some paint would do wonders and a good scrubbing a good scrubbing, but overall it was a great experience

They serve old-fashioned treats and shakes! I'm talking about hand-dipped ice cream and real whole milk. They offer a selection of flavors, including chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and cherry (or at least I think it's cherry). The restaurant serves all-day breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, and dinner options. I had a delicious cheeseburger, far too many French fries, and an old-fashioned root beer float. There was plenty to share—especially the float and fries! Parking is available behind the building, and there's ample seating inside. You can also take advantage of the walk-up window.

We had our high school reunion gathering the following day, and although we reserved for 18 people, 26 ended up showing up. The service was fantastic, accommodating all of us effortlessly. The burgers, fries, and handmade malts in cans were just as delicious as ever. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!
