Everything was in order, but I ordered the ticket with chilli and I'll be fine when I have it. no chilli and I'll ask them where they are. they had about 14 tons on a tablet. So I told them to take this off my ticket. they have.

Will not be back to this one. The bun was so old and stale I'm surprised it didn't have mold on it, and my Dr pepper tasted like straight carbonated water. Very disappointed bc usually I can depend on sonic to provide hot fresh food on the go. ?

Ordered small popcorn chicken. It was mostly batter. Also ordered two orders of the Cheddar peppers. The cheddar peppers came cold. I asked for some fresh ones the young lady came and got them from us and came back three minutes later. So I figured that they must have placed them in the microwave or they placed them back in hot grease to get them hot again. Will never return to this location. Will stick with the best location on Perkins Road

Pushed button. Button pushed, someone will be with you shortly. Ten minutes later, message disappeared, replaced with, press button for service. Left. Not the first time this has happened. Don 't go here. They ignore you unless you push the button multiple times or honk to make them pay attention to you.

Came here on a Saturday just after 2pm. Placed an order through the app, and checked in immediately. They seemed a little busy; nowhere near slammed, but I patiently waited for 30 minutes (way too long for a burger, tots and a drink! . I then pressed the red call button twice to find out what was taking so long—no one ever answered! I called the store from my cell phone (this was at the 40-minute mark . One young carhop came to ask if I was waiting on anything after 50 minutes and my order finally arrived almost ONE HOUR later. Had I not already paid, I would have left…and probably gotten my food faster. And as one might has guessed, the order was incorrect!
