Fun time! Food was surprisingly good. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and interactive with kids having parties.

Prior to covid, I used to avoid this location because of the crowds and well..it just wasn't that clean. Now, it's just about as good as it gets. There was a nice young lady cleaning all empty games in between uses AND the drink machine was spotless! Great pizza, nice and neat salad bar, and all of the games worked today..lol. my babies had a blast!

I havent been to one of these since i was a kid. I didnt know what to expect. Luckily, things have changed and it seemed to be as much fun for the kid as i remember it being. They added some safety measures to make sure you left with the same child you bring it. Sounds funny, but i guess this is the world we live in. They were pretty busy and a couple of the machines failed while we were playing. The team was quick to fix things and keep it moving. The place is setup for kids and adults. We didnt eat there, but food was flying and people seemed to be enjoying it enough. Not a bad way to spend the day when the storms changed our outside plans.

The young lady at the front counter was very helpful in selecting what options we chose didn't rush us. She was very polite, professional respectful. You don't encounter many young people like her these days. The place is very clean, lots of tables and has a huge screen for the shows with smaller tv's on each side. Two areas of rides and games, even one area has a good amount of smaller ones for 1 yr. olds. My great nephew had a blast. The light up walk-on big pad was a lot of fun for him too. Some of the rides take pictures, so that was a bonus to have memory keepsakes. I suggest letting them play if you buy the play time option then ordering your food towards the end (so time is spent letting them play). They use a system to ensure the kids leave with the people they came there with. The pizza was really good. We'll definitely be bringing him back.

More terrible place. I do not recommend this place that the pizza prices are incredibly high, it costs more than $10 for the pizza of a child who does not even get them full. adult don't even think about eating unless they want to spend $50 that would leave two people hungry. games are a demolition. better time to do than points on the game card. if they can run around, they can play every game once in the 30 minutes time frame. I suggest the time when they go because some games take points and don't work and they get 15 30 games to play maximum with points. then the prices are one of the greatest tears known to men. literally need to spend $80 just to win 2000 tickets, which are still nothing but an item that costs $2 at walmart and there are top prizes for 8000 or more tickets are a huge scrap, the items are worth $5 in the dollar general. I advise her gattis or another arkade, because this place is a demolition, and beyond that the workers are rude and are not trained. they try not to give us the Halloween advertising too. I have disgusted everything about this place. please go somewhere else. use your money somewhere better. you were warned.
