Gasperov Mlyn - Batizovce

We have had five dinners accompanied by a couple of wines at this restaurant. It was an outstanding experience with both the food and the service. The young man who served us, whose name I cannot recall, was very pleasant, eager to make our evening more enjoyable by providing us with detailed information about the origin and flavor profile of the wines, as well as the history and equipment of the restaurant. The meals were presented to us directly by the chef and his colleague, who described each dish and its preparation method. The food was excellent, made with fresh ingredients sourced locally. Personally, I particularly enjoyed the spiral of whey, which had a delightful aroma and taste after being baked in the oven. My wife also enjoyed the desserts.

This restaurant offers a unique experience that is characterized by precision and attention to detail. It is simply top-notch in terms of gastronomic excellence and quality.

One word. Extreme. We were extremely satisfied. The food has no competition in Slovakia. The people are very pleasant, no negatives, truly a beautiful experience. Thank you. We had the tasting menu, without wine pairing, I can't imagine it. Top wine from here. Breakfast was great. Accommodation superb.

TOP reštaurácia ak ste gurmán, netreba váhať a ísť ochutnať

Naozaj to dobre. úžasný prístup úplne vo všetkom. od ubytovania, cez wellness do reštaurácie. pokrmy boli naozaj vynikajúce. a veľmi oceňujeme absolútne profesionálnu a najmä príjemnú komunikáciu. všetko sa hodí do seba veľmi dobre. zamestnanci veľmi ochotný a nebol nepríjemný. Často sa stretávame v reštaurovaní, ktoré sa pokúšajú na vyššiu úroveň s pracovníkmi, ktorí sú všetci energie sústredení len na skutočnosť, že príde len stokrát, aby sa nás opýtali, či máme chuť. Avšak, tu to všetko bolo naozaj veľmi príjemné, prírodné. Pokrmy pary boli naladené vínom, sme sa tiež naučili niekoľko tajomstiev z kuchyne, za to, čo sme ďakujeme. A raňajky, takže nás úplne dostali.
