The lady on the phone was very friendly, and the food was excellent. I was impressed with the delivery service, especially since my new house has a different address. The delivery person was lovely and always greeted me with a smile. Overall, it was a positive experience, especially since it was my first time ordering from this place.
First impressions matter, and as a year-long customer, I’ve come to appreciate that dayers has carved a fantastic niche as the only eatery in the Chineham Business Park following the lunch box fire. Unfortunately, they still need to improve customer service at the counter. The catering aspect is delightful, with delicious offerings like sausage rolls and Mexican chicken bags, and the sandwiches are made well. However, at times, they can overcook the burritos and baguettes. A modern kitchen upgrade could certainly help. The dayers burger, though, is a highlight, and I warmly recommend it! While the service isn’t consistently great—staff often seem overworked or stressed—there are times when they prioritize the next customer in line, which can lead to delays in sandwich preparation. The prices are a bit high, especially for soft drinks and certain items that come pre-coated from the kitchen. You might notice staff smiling while delivering Twizzy orders around the park, though I've noticed that service has decreased recently. Overall, I’d recommend dayers for a convenient lunch if you have 30 minutes and can walk over to enjoy a selection of good food. I can’t comment on the restaurant setting itself, as I haven't had the chance to dine in yet.
My first delivery today was pleasant, and the lady was very helpful. I would definitely recommend the delivery service!
