A vast row of unmanned checkouts… Vast queue to get into the self service (be an unpaid till operator) area… NO BASKET ONLY CHECKOUTS… So clearly I’m heading to customer services, they have a till and no queue. ‘Reacting to customer wishes’ my rosy red posterior! Contempt for customers on the altar of profits and stuff the customer is more like it. What to do? Dunno, but every little kick adds up! Sort it out
I love the fresh Japanese sushi at this delicatessen, and the service is very good. Dishes can be made to order and are also very tasty. However, the prices are way too high, so I only treat myself to it occasionally. The cafe in Sainsbury’s is still closed, but hopefully it will reopen soon. I've noticed that the shelves at Sainsbury’s are very bare, similar to how they were at the beginning of the pandemic. It seems like other big supermarket chains are not having these issues. I have been shopping here for over 3 years, and I must say that the quality has gone down and the staff are not always friendly or happy.
This restaurant is terrible! The shelves are constantly empty of basic items. The store is filled with employees complaining about the lack of products, while also blocking the aisles. There is no sign of any management present. There is a Lidl store across the street, so that's where I will be going instead.
I wanted to say a huge thank you to Luke KEMPSHOTT I lost my car key inside the store and had a whole trolley of food and a 15 month old toddler screaming at me and didn’t know what to do Luke kindly came over to me watched my car for me so that I could calmly walk round the store and re traced my steps and movement because of that I managed to locate my key! Thank you so much Luke you honestly really helped me in a very stressful situation I was due to pick up my other child from nursery an hour later and was really panicking superb customer service and thank you so so much brilliant and kind employee and I hope that’s recognised thanks so much Lucy
We went here for lunch, had nothing to eat pre this. I had jacket potato and coronation chicken, my husband had beef baguette. We both had mugs of tea. Within a few hours we were both running to the toilet. It was 12hrs before we felt normal again. I fear hygiene is probably amiss here. Beware
