They did not offer the dinner feast that was advertised and I had to pay full price. The staff seemed preoccupied with closing and I felt rushed even though I wasn't the last customer to order. Food quality: 4 out of 5.
BEWARE!!! I entered the restaurant, ordered food, and was automatically charged a gratuity. When I asked for a refund, the lady working there said she didn't know how to process it on the register. Food quality: 1/5.
I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I placed an online order and requested for the sauce to be given on the side instead of in the sandwich, but they charged me extra for it. It wasn't even an excessive amount of sauce, I just wanted to eat the sandwich later so it wouldn't get soggy. The female employee was very rude.
They claimed since I ordered a 2 for $17.99 and 2 six inch subs they couldn't ring it up together so I was taxed twice. #robbery
