Burger King - Bartlett

The employees are professional and kind at the drive-thru. The wait was minimal and the cashier was friendly. Our order was accurate and we have never experienced a problem with order accuracy at this location.

The food is great, but this is easily the slowest fast-food location I have ever been to. I've gone to this restaurant 2-3 times recently, weeks apart, and spent easily 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru each time. Their drive-thru also has one of those annoying curb on both sides setups so you can't leave if you decide you've already waited too long before you even get to the speaker. Like I said, food is great, but the wait makes me want to go elsewhere from now on.

We came through the drive thru at 10am. Ordered 6 sausage biscuits, the employee started that they were out of biscuits. Ended up getting 6 sausage, egg and cheese croissants and 2 egg and cheese croissants, all the same price. We waited at the window for 5 minutes, the girl handed us a bag with 2 different kinds of croissants. We told her it wasn't our order. She walked away, then came back and asked us to pull up. We waited an additional 15 minutes to get our order. 6 smashed croissants, 2 on top were not smashed. Hash rounds should have cooked a little longer to be done all the way. Very disappointed that they didn't have biscuits. Will not be going back.

Ordering process wasn?t horrible, and expected to receive food. Was told that their system was down and we couldn?t receive a refund as a result as ?our orders never showed up?. Avoid it if you value your time and money.

Ordered food at 9pm . Store closes at 10pm..My door dasherq called me at 920 when burger King is open and told me burger King told her they are closed , this burger King is never open they leave the lights out and never answer when you pull up to the drive through . But I guess there doesn 't need to be consistency at a chain right? Pathetic franchise ownership
