However, I believe that speed isn't as important as the quality of the food. The chicken in my bowl wasn't even cut, and a quarter of it was empty. I would much prefer decent food over quick service.
My bagel was cut into four pieces, but only on the bottom. I'm just a bit confused by that.
I've had my order messed up nearly every time I visit.
This used to be the best Tim Hortons around my area, but in the past few months it has gone down hill. I go to Tim Hortons daily and everyday there is something wrong with my order. Drinks not being made with correct dairy restrictions as asked, food quality has gone way down; you either get a burnt bagel or an under toasted bagel with too much butter, missing drinks in orders only getting half your order. Back in the day when Tim hortons employees made mistakes on your order you wouldn’t be charged for the item THEY forgot, now they mess up your order so often you’re expected to make multiple payments at the window when correcting them after you receive your items to make sure you get your order.It’s so disappointing to see this place going down hill. I think more thorough training is needed here.
The Belt breakfast sandwich was priced at $4.99 last month, today it’s $7.49 seriously? Come on how do you justify this mark up???
