Le Bastan - Barèges

I was today in this wonderful place. Here is an excellent view of the mountains. Tasted delicious and aerated chocolate and pistachio dessert. I advis to stop and look at the mountains from terras.

We eat here when we've taken part in the montagne propre in June. There is abundant food of excellent quality and I can only assume that the restaurant serves similar quality food at other times.

Very surprising inside. It is quite cavernous which you don't expect from the outside. A real Mexican feel to this place with the sombreros and the colourful walls. Excellent spag Bol or carbonara. Plenty of seats both inside and out.

Super restaurant with large sunny terrace and accessible to the disabled, as on the edge of the runway. Excellent reception of the friendly team! Everything is elaborated on site and fresh, to the fries. High quality meats from the Sabatier tank of Barèges! Free water at will (as well as toilets even for non-clients)!

Super restaurant at the foot of the slopes. Well surprised by the quality price ratio. A menu of the day entry/plat/dessert for less than 16 euros. Get up! Long live next year
