The Looking Glass - Bar Harbor

We had a delicious breakfast here in early September and the view was beautiful. Servers were attentive and even with food a little slow to come out of the kitchen it was worth waiting. Try the tacos breakfast if you have a great appetite. They were fabulous.

What a great find. A waiter we had for dinner the night before we recommended the Looking Glass for breakfast and did not disappoint. Friendly, you wait staff, good food and an absolutely stunning view of the port! (Not to mention avoiding the crowds of downtown Bar Harbor) would not have found a better place.

It is a great place to start your day with a view. This is a breakfast restaurant at Wonder Inn Hotel in Bar Harbor. External seats could be disturbing because the parasols don't do much in the morning as they are not tilted. I enjoyed my breakfast dish with beef, carrots, cabbage, homeries and eggs. Overall, the elements appear to be overpriced in the menu. The ambience is soothing, but the service was missing.

Had breakfast 3 times during our stay at Bluenose Inn. The food was great and we had quite all the options that the menu has to offer. The staff was nice and helpful

Had the potato skillet with tofu: vegan friendly! Finally a dish in Bar Harbor that is big enough to fill me up! There were a lot of potatoes and veggies. It wasn't the most spectacular dish I wish the potatoes and veggies were more flavorful but that's what salt, pepper, and hot sauce are for! I also had the veggie sausage, which was ok, and a fruit bowl. Fruit was on point: nice and fresh! And great service with a great view!
