Great food in Bar Harbor! Food: delicious fresh Service: Beyond Excellent Only thing we regret is not being able to dine in. We were in the area pretty late, only 30 minutes before closing and the person on the phone was very patient, helpful, and kind. This was a first time Thai food experience for some in my family, and everyone was left raving, even those of us who?ve had Thai food before. The noodles were fresh, the vegetables crisp, and flavor rich. The curry was also really well made with authentic flavors. Our coconut free friend also enjoyed the ginger fried rice in addition to the drunken noodles. Also delicious fried and not spring rolls?? When we arrived for pick up, we were greeted well and food handoff and transaction was prompt. Our observation of the staff was warm and welcome. It seemed like a great place to work. The ambience of the restaurant for dine in seemed amazing as well! Highly recommend Siam Orchid Bar Harbor!! Vegetarian Friends Restaurant

Before someone passes this review, let me explain. From personal experience I have tasted Thai food and rightfully loved it. However, I was not satisfied with this restaurant. The food didn't taste as good as other Thai food I tasted. The waitress at the restaurant really seemed apologetic and was eager to make changes, no problems with it. Before you evaluate this place, please TRY THAI FOOD FROM ANDERE RESTAURANTS before you go to this place to see the difference and understand where I come from. You have to taste Thai food from other restaurants to really know how Thai food tastes.

I had dinner yesterday it was pretty busy but servers keep checking on us . I appreciated the way they treat customer. On top of that Sushi was super great!!!!!!!!! I?ll be back next month

The service at this restaurant was excellent and quick. The outdoor terrace is lovely for enjoying the weather. The Tom Kha soup was delicious. The pad Thai was good, but not spicy at all. They didn't inquire about my spice preference, but that was my mistake for not specifying. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

During our holiday in Bar Harbor, we stumbled upon this charming restaurant, Discover. My child had a craving for sushi, so we decided to give it a try. We were blown away by the amazing sushi, some of the best we've had in years! My child also loved her meal. The other items on the menu that we tried were equally delicious. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The sushi chef was also top-notch. We will definitely be returning on our next vacation and highly recommend a visit while you're in town!
