The cakes, rolls, and quiche are absolutely fantastic. The rhubarb pie is delightful, and the crumble is exceptional as well.

Simple Simon, also known as Paddy's Pie Shop, is an incredible place. It is impeccably clean, and their cakes and rolls (including the vegetarian options) are some of the best you can find anywhere. Paddy sources her meat from Mawhinney’s Butchers, ensuring quality in every bite. The staff, including the young and charming Nicole, are polite, well-spoken, and always friendly. Yvonne, who hails from Cork, is an absolute gem—so helpful and warm. And then there's Paddy herself, a true lady. Visiting this delightful spot on King Street is the highlight of my day. While some may choose to dine at big chains, I prefer Simple Simon’s for its unique charm and quality. I can't recommend it highly enough!
