I ordered the salad at Torrentalat and it was extremely fresh and definitely worth the price. I opted not to add dressing to my salad as I wasn't sure if it's vegan or not.

I ordered a cereal salad through Line Man. The salad was incredibly fresh and well worth the price. I decided not to try the dressing, as I wasn't sure if it was vegan or not.

This restaurant is easily found in multiple locations in Bangkok. Their Thai dishes are delicious, with intense flavors. The prices are reasonable, which is why I have visited multiple branches many times.

The atmosphere is uh bleak.. seems like an unfinished room. The music was a bit too loud. The food was so so. The price is normal here, but I'd rather spend that on other nicer places.

2.5 stars for food and 3 stars for service. A Thai fusion chain, good selection of dishes. But quality is a let down, especially on beef noodles. Ingredients need improvement. Greyhound franchise in Hong Kong is definitely better than BKK Operator in terms of food quality and display.
