Elk Oarsman Restaurant Bar - Banff

During our stay in Banff we stayed twice in the Elk and both visits were amazing. Jessica our server took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed (including extras! . Best food place we visited in Banff during our 5 days, we recommend you!! Great portions to and amazing value!

Had a quick lunch yesterday after our gondola ride. Luckily they had the taste of adventure Elk Slider Trio and we could try all three! Do not be fooled by the size, it was perfect - not too small and not too big. I liked them all, all delicate and tasty. Francisco was very nice and even reminded me to enter the competition at the end of the meal. Very recommended!

Large portions, soup pot and salad were great. Meatballs were a little dry. All in all, everything was great experience trying the meat for the first time.

Absolutely loved the ambience and service. The food was incredibly delicious. Francisco was very polite and offers great service. Loved the recommendations for both days chicken wing, Steak Sandwich Elk camp.

Cute pub with an amazing view of the mountains! Came here for their ‘elk day’ special Wednesday night and it did not disappoint! Had the elk tacos and the elk burgers. Food was fresh and delicious and came pretty fast, even though the place was busy. Impressive Service was friendly and efficient as well!
