The guy worked, put my ice on the edge of the tray without lid, as I took it up to carry it on a table, the ice fell off. I took it up and turned around very sadly falling over my ice cream, that's what I really wanted and just paid $7 for it. I asked very nicely whether there would be any way to get another, and this worker leans over the counter and starts yelling at me before the whole food court. “How dare you come and complain, it’s not my fault that you let it fall, that sounds like your problem is not my” blah blah ... He went away from screaming on me and I started crying. When he saw that I was crying, he came back to yell at me a few more until I got away. My friend went by to ask him his name, and he didn't want to tell him. He told the worker that he made me very angry and that he was very rude and he made me cry. The worker didn't care and waved him away. Didn't apologize at all. Every time I or anyone I have seen, drop their ice cream before you leave a place, it has replaced ALWAYS. If he could not replace it for some reason, he would have kindly said no and I would have been fine with it. Fully disgusted that he thought it would be a better answer to let a young girl cry over ice. I'll spend my $7 on cows next time.

Don't bring this place back! Had given zero stars. very rude workers.. especially the cashier I said I wanted 6 chicken strips and did not mention getting a basket flour, also got a milkshake.. I paid for a $12 basket meal I had to correct as soon as I saw the entrance asking why it was so expensive. The woman cried, not cook the fries! On the chef And very rudely shouted again oh my God! Next to me Then said that I told her I wanted a basket meal I didn't.. So I started to say what I said in my defense, she gives me no choice but to pay for the whole thing. my son was hungry so I had to go with him. my bfs milkshake was also very watery.. did not go away with a good feeling.

I couldn't imagine how a DQ could be just a 2 star, but this rating is a bit high. I mean, the milk queen is the same everywhere? No! This is special. Personally, I don't think they can keep their franchise name. I came to find a big line, and no one at the counter, after a few minutes I started looking at someone in the back. Apparently, she was the only employee. She was an older Asian lady who was probably the owner, or is connected to the owner. After about five minutes, she was finished compiling the order she worked on, and drew to the next pair that tried to order from the grill, but was informed that the grill was closed. The customer deliberately asked why the grill was closed and informed that the grill was closed at 19:30. That would be good, but it wasn't quite 7:30. Nevertheless, the grill was closed, and I was 't complaining because I wanted a blizzard, and the revelation that the grill was closed early was good news for me as it all cleared out of the line before me. I probably went to the counter and asked for a Banana Split Blizzard, at what time she informed me that they did not have Banana Split Blizzard. I looked confused and she didn't say a blizzard for 4 years, like I knew. Of course I just had a Banana Split Blizzard two days ago in another place. After waiting all the time, I didn't have the heart to order anything else. I went past one of the couples who were still in the area confused why they were turned away before the grill was closed.

Ordered my meal for my wife and I. The lady asked to eat in or stay I told her I wanted it to go so we waited for what seemed like forever and when we got our meal, it was to eat in when I told her we wanted it to go. So i had to wait longer so they could pack our meal to go and now that 's a good reminder to never go here again. Believe me when you read the poor reviews about this place and save your money and give someone else your business.
