Kfc - Baltimore

I placed my first order at this restaurant and ordered the 3-piece combo with 2 chicken thighs and 1 drumstick. However, I received 3 drumsticks instead.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was overcooked and the service was awful. It was a waste of money and I would not recommend anyone to visit this KFC on the west side.

I wish KFC would stop cutting corners and go back to the original recipe. In addition to the poor service, this cheaper recipe just doesn't cut it. I'm not sure if this location is a franchise or what, but the decline in taste has been noticeable for at least the past 3 years.

The young person is friendly. but the device must be deeply cleaned and walls repainted? Do they not know about the administration, but they obviously need someone who cleanses and sanitates?

I gave this KFC location 3 stars for the food not the service. The young man cashier displayed no customer service at all...no greeting, no thanks for coming, nothing. If I wasn't hungry I would have left. These employees do not seem to care that if it wasn't for the customers, they wouldn't have a job.
