Dunkin' - Baltimore

Definitely not the fastest Dunkin service that I've ever had, but the people are generally pretty nice. There is no Cafe area here, so don't expect to be able to sit down and eat which makes it feel a little unwelcoming inside because there's nowhere to sit and wait for your food. It gets the job done

They didn't have money for change as much as I go there. Also as a manager from an restaurant myself that is not acceptable in any way shape or form.

Mondawmin Mall/Shopping Center/MTA Metro Bus/Train Hub

Located at the Mondawmin mall Monday through Friday high school students conjugate inside of the store despite there being a school curfew that prohibits any high school student from being in a place of business starting at 7: 20 in the morning until early afternoon on the weekends the local drug dealers are standing either in front of the store or to the side of the store soliciting business other than that it's a great place of business come on down and visit y'all

Ms. Donna who works there is absolutely stunning. I love great customer service. We came in, she spoke. She said how y'all doing? Nobody never speaks when u come in there. I gave specific instructions on how I wanted my iced coffee. The first young lady DID NOT listen to what Ms. Donna said. Soon as I saw my cup I knew it was WRONG. Ms. Donna immediately fixed it and apologized. Went back a few more times and each time she's in there it's a breeze. I hope the owner sees this and appreciates her efforts and hard work. We need more ppl like her in retail. As long as she's there I will definitely visit this location. The one star is for the location. It's annoying to come somewhere and people are begging all the time.
