Great and fast service, we were also given a surprised compliment side dish of chicken dumplings from the chef whilst waiting for our orders. The Bulgogi bibimbap and the ramen's were also absolutely delicious, we will definitely be back for more!
Good food, great place to eat but the opening hours are impossible to make this a frequent place to eat. Please change your hours to be open after standard business hours? Edit: Updated to 5 stars after news of additional opening hours! :

Geez you walk around ballarat sometimes in search for decent sushi and Japanese food in general and you keep getting disappointed. One day though, a little gem popped out of no where and hit me with the best sushi and Japanese cuisine I've had in a long time... great customer service, great food and just a wonderful experience overall.. This ones here to stay and as much as my wallet would hate me saying this, I'll probably go back everyday for some more of that sushi!
