This tavern is average and typical of a normal pub built in the 80's nothing special and a real working mans club. the food is ok and i recomend it but you will have to pay . the menu is set out to have the owners retire early lol.

We visited this pub for a second visit and must say whoever is the chef here, they are doing a splendid job on quality and presentation. I had a great reef and beef and our guests all enjoyed their meals. Bar staff and waiters were all polite and friendly. A good size garden out the back and easy parking.All together a pleasant experience again.

The local pub that has seen new management in recent months. Great food choices and huge servings that are beautifully presented by the chefs! Really good value for money.

This is a little surprise as the food is really good pub fare. The portions are good as your male partner wont be disappointed. I have had a few steaks here and the chef gets it right every time as i like mine medium. There is a good choice on the menu and it is a family friendly environment. There is an indoor and good outdoor area to enjoy the meals. Staff are attentive and very friendly.

On a busy night we had a great meal which was very good value for money. It was a noisy Friday night so we look forward to going on a quieter night. Good beer selection but basic layout, Public bar type but good food
