Kviknes - Balestrand

Dined at the restaurant and went to the begrunning. The Kviknes Hotel is a custom gem I must si. With everything, the antique furniture and pieces are. Go to besøk and you will be tattooing in time for the hotel's history which is more one year ago. The Mat (styled three-course meal) was ok. The service was ok (servers lacked friend and so ut to the river rushed uss) because the river was quite equal to the top of the summer and the coronary virus was still, therefore holidays the northmen home, noe which can explain why the hotel was fullbooked and full packaged to the rim.

Immediate hotellrom, smeld bad and you could hear what the neighbor talked about the gjennom departed. So if you do not want a good night sleep, this is the place! Only positive was the terraced and lunch

Great 4-star hotel on a beautiful fjord. Has history, the collection of art and artifacts (and photos) on the display is really worth a exploration. Fantastic buffet dinner with view. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent base to explore the surroundings.

I may be curious how I worked in this hotel for 3 moths about 17 years ago, but despite some negative comments and this creepy 70's 'new' part of the hotel, I simply say it is still one of the largest hotels with a decent history that demands your attention in this area. Great view, a proper breakfast, a quality restaurant, many positive staff, etc.

Nice hotel. I didn't stay as a guest, but I had dinner one night. It's very pricy for what you get. I paid 170 NOK for a bottle of cidre almost 15GBP. The staff was nice and friendly, but I found it strange that many of the staff there did not speak Norwegian in the summer! Everyone has spoken English! Is definitely worth a visit, but check before you order something to eat or drink.
