Mcdonald's - Baldwinsville

The birthday meal at Grimace's restaurant was a complete rip-off. The strawberry shake was terrible and tasted nothing like a strawberry shake. It was like paying extra for a purple-colored disappointment.

I ordered a McDouble with only ketchup, but once again, it was wrong and was filled with onions, making it inedible for me. It seems like 50% of the time they mess up my order.

The McCafé Cinnamon Roll was tasty, along with the other items we tried.

Although it may not be Chick-fil-A, this McDonald's is well-managed with friendly kids working behind the counter. The food is consistently on par with McDonald's standards.

The service at this McDonald's is excellent - fast, efficient, and friendly. The food is served hot and fresh. Overall, I have no complaints about this location.
