Starbucks - Baldwin

I usually don't order coffee as is, but I do buy Starbucks pike place ground coffee regularly at the grocery store. This one time I decide to buy it from this place and all I got was brown powder with no taste in it . Not only did I pay extra than usual but got the worst quality coffee from here. Watch out for this branch of Starbucks. Don't waste your money here go to another Starbucks if you can.

The flavors are cute but pricing is way over the top. Fine if you'll settle for just a cup of coffee, but if you need or want frothy machiatto with swirls of chocolate or Carmel you should consider a second job. The pricing is crazy and don't look at the calorie intake, I'm not sure which one is higher.

The service at this restaurant was awful! I ordered 5 drinks, but only 2 of them were correct. They were trying to rush us out because they were cleaning machines. The server had a bad attitude when they realized the other drinks were not made correctly.

I would not even give this place one star if I could. The woman who appeared to be the manager was extremely rude. When I tried to order a drink with a specific request, she was not willing to listen and instead resorted to yelling at me. I had to insist that she make the drink the way I wanted it, even though she initially said she couldn't. The service I received was very unpleasant and she completely ruined my day.

Drink Starbucks for so many years, the first time here there is no refill. Bad service
