Brimstone - Bakersfield

Went to the dueling pianos last night and it was a great show. My only complaint is they took the grilled artichoke off the menu... but the padre is a cool place to chill and have a few drinks. I dig it.

Always awesome! In the last 10 months, I've made my coffee runs here on the weekends! The drink selection is certainly big enough, and the staff have become people I've grown to love. I love the rustic, yet elegant ambiance. They have great food, and I even have done a few staycations here. It's certainly a gem in the Southern end of the Valley! Boutique Hotels rule!!

Love the Padre Burger! Oh so good!! To you is a great server! The Grilled Cheese sand which with tomatoes soup! Yummmm!

I have stayed at The Padre countless times over the past 3 years for work trips and always had a good experience. The rooms are always clean, staff super friendly and the beds-well if I could I would take one home with me. While I often recommend the hotel when talking to people within my company, today's experience sealed the deal on the 5 stars and compelled me to write a review. I am currently a guest here on a 2 week business trip. This morning a cold I have been fighting off hit me full force and I have been sick in the room all day. While the menu has a lot of great choices, when I'm sick I just want something warm and comforting. I called down to in-room-dining and they not only understood this request they were able to whip me up something not on the menu to accommodate. It was up to my room within 10 minutes and the lady who dropped it off offered me some tips and wished me well. Not only did they go out of their way to make me something to eat but they also remembered I was ill and took the time to wish me better. In a world where everything is so transactional, it's nice to have experience human touch. Thank you Padre-I will most certainly continue to be a patron and supporter in the future.

Amazing!!!!! Best place every!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful.. Sad to leave but we will be back loved everything!!!!
