Wendy's - Bainbridge

We had to wait 18 minutes to order our food, and we were first in line, no que. Food was good, as expected. But their drink machine hadn't been refilled, so selections were limited.

The food is as good as its been in a while, the service, not so much. Luckily I get the food I enjoy from a window with little or no interaction. I pay for and eat the food not the conversation??

Tried to eat at Wendy's in Bainbridge GA tonight told me inside was closed at 8pm I'd have to use drive thru then an 30 min later at drive through after sitting 20 min no one took order or even acknowledged me sitting there or the other 10 customers. This place is a sorry excuse for a restaurant.

I would have given three NEGATIVE stars if possible on service!My order is NEVER right and customer service is the absolute worst in Bainbridge.

Food was horrible! I got the biggie bag so I guess I got what I paid for ,smh!!!
