Sunday, July 16, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. Table reserved for 5 people. Visited the pizzeria Napoli for the first time. Should be a nice evening. Table still occupied at 5:30 p.m. Lt. Service we should address the guests so that they leave the table. But we waited and got the table 10 minutes later. After that, nobody took care of us until 6:15 p.m. Now we can order. We then ordered the food along with the drinks. Man good !!! Because the drinks came after 30 minutes and the food another 30 minutes later. That brought us to 7:15 p.m. Nobody even asked if anyone wanted anything. Hardly any acclamation Possible, because no waitress showed up for more than 10 minutes. Summary: Extra wishes not implemented, but tried to calculate, dishes around the corner by hand, and then washed up badly, plates still had leftovers from food. Toilets unacceptable, don't even exist in Italy. No paper, no soap or the like, not even an empty container. So nothing put down. Toilets in a disastrous Condition. There shouldn't be a restaurant like this in the center of Bad Gandersheim. Will report the pizzeria Napoli to the health department. Kind regards Andrew Hoffman

Nice, courteous owners and also open all day on Saturday! Ordered Pizza Maradona without tomato sauce and decided well. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
