Carl's Jr. - Azusa

The fries in Carl's Jr. are always hot and crispy. The service here is very friendly. May God drag customers to this store.

As I walk in right now I'm not greeted with hello are hi are any type of greeting instead I'm being told the bathroom is out of order and I'm confused I didnt even ask to use the bathroom I actually went inside to get food . The lady working was the onethat usually works the graveyard shift she had on a pink head band for her hair .. she BTW is horrible at her job .. the othernight she actually charged my girlfriend twice for the same order .. this place for the price isn't worth it at all .. Anhonestly because there is a homeless problem in the area is no reason not to let your customers use the restroom..

Always a winner for the choice for a ride through and I decided to eat today after shopping. Nice and clean.

I can't believe they finally got my order right! For the past couple of months, I've had issues with every drive-thru order I've placed. Just last night, the Carl's Jr. I visited completely messed up my order and I ended up without a drink for my meal. Oh, and by the way, there were no strawberries or lemonade, and no spicy sauces available at the Carl's Jr. locations I've tried in the last 24 hours. That includes two different locations, just for the record!

The staff are great, the place is clean, and the service is quick. However, prices have increased as usual.
