The Habit Burger Grill - Avondale

The hamburger was delicious—hot and cooked to perfection. Instead of fries, I chose the green beans, and I'll definitely be getting them again; they were crispy and really tasty. The only issue we encountered was that the music was too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. However, after we asked the staff to lower the volume, they did so without any hesitation. The staff was very friendly and handled all our orders accurately. Overall, it was great service and fantastic food!

I gave the restaurant a 4-star rating mainly because of the speed of service. However, I noticed that during my last visit and a few weeks ago when we used the drive-thru, it took nearly 25 minutes each time to get through the line. The food is consistently good, and I've never had any complaints about it. If you’re in a hurry, you might want to consider preordering or trying a different location.

The service was extremely slow, and they forgot to include the fries I ordered, even though they were listed on the menu. The meat was still pink inside. After reading other reviews, it seems this has been an ongoing issue for years. I have no idea how they haven't been shut down by the health department. Someone is bound to get sick, and I really hope it's not me! I couldn't finish the burger after just a few bites because I lost my appetite. What a letdown!

Four stars are the best I can ever give a chain. Kudos to The Habit for a consistently good burger. The #1 with cheese is my way. Much better than any of the other fast foods. Lunch is a good time to go to this particular place. Dinner can be in a long line.

They put a $30 meal in the smallest bag they had and just threw my fries in there upside down. My sandwich was smashed. It was Very messy! I Don't appreciate paying that much for this kind of service.
