Hacienda Authentic Mexican Food

I loooove Carolinas. This place is new, and although they are just beginning and always packed, they do really well. Except they are menu is different from combo numbers like the other locations lol. So I sent my son for my chorizo con papas, etc., which is shown as #13 in the online South Phoenix Location and it is actually a #6 here lol. I still enjoyed it. But it was too much food. So my son enjoyed it even more!!! I am happy to have you here!!!!

We showed up 10 minutes before the closing time and were greeted by Angela. Your customer service was top notch. When they know they close soon, she took the time and made several suggestions to order. What was in the place, by the way. Melissa cleared the soda area and was sweet enough to help me get a drink after she had just cleaned it. Both ladies were so friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to go back. Besides the service, our food was amazing. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience!

Lunch and it was great I had the tamale Bean's and rice #11 my wife had combo#1 food was fast and there was a lot of people.. every bite was delicious but not spicy hot I like More heat in my salsa.. keep up the good work ...il be back for more also don't forget the one on 12st mohave

Carolinas is great to eat, had the red chili buritto, it was very tasty, big. Also tried the green chili tamal, and to finish I also had the butter tortilla as the icing on the cake. Would recommend this restaurant to any Mexican food lover. The prices are great what you can ask.

It is great as all other locations.... Order your mashed tortillas separately, or your food will sit there for 20 minutes until they decide to make one of the tortillas they make 30 seconds each... except that... my fav Mexican food place in the valley. #4 Green, add a beef taco on the side, you will not be disappointed
