Burger King - Avon

Place was dirty, bathroom was very dirty. Food was awful, the most disgusting meal, meat was hard and sandwich looked old like it was sitting out all week. I Ended up throwing it all away. I Tried to get a drink and there was no ice in the machine, fruit flies everywhere and pop machine not working. We Called Tracy and she said she was the manager but did not do anything to better the situation. The workers name was Caroline and she took our order and was hollering at us and very aggressive because we asked if we could get the meal instead of just the sandwich. She was taking orders on Tracy’s register cash drawer. They began speaking another language and talking bad behind the counter. This place needs shut down. It is absolutely despicable. Drove by the building and Caroline is hanging out the drive-thru window on her cell phone. Bad way to represent the company.

Yesterday this establishment gave me a meat patty in an impossible whopper wrapper and when i told them about it the manager was fine and began processing my refund, but the employees behind her were talking in spanish saying that I couldn 't tell the difference and that it wasn 't meat . I got the refund but it made me violently ill hours later, like I basically had the stomach flu, because my body can 't process meat anymore because I became a vegetarian 7 years ago. I literally spent hours in violent pain running to the bathroom and all I ate was 3 bites of it because I was so hungry before I noticed it didn 't taste right. If I would 've ate the whole thing I think I would 've had to go to the hospital. I wish I could do more than just write a review, I 'm so deeply distributed and infuriated that I had to have this experience. I 've ordered the impossible whopper dozens of times with no issue and I 've always been worried this might happen, now I know to never go to a burger king ever again.

New manager! Heather W. is AMAZING!! So helpful and cheerful! Does a great job running the place! She even made my food! Tripple whopper just the way I like it! SUPERB!

I stopped today Friday by at 2:05 pm Avon location in the drive thru, the lady who took my order black lady, long hair, accent was very rude, was rushing me and didn 't even care what I actually want to order. When I got to window and the guy was giving me my food, she made a comment about me being far from window even though my car was close to it. I been going to that location from long time but recently it 's been bad experience after another. End of the day we 're all human and to act like that It 's just a shame. Rude atmosphere, food cold, no comment. Please hire better people to keep your customers.
