Slightly smaller than a golf disk, the cooked-to-semi-perfection savory confection is willowy and surprisingly reminiscent of a European bakery treat. It’s robust flavor, (with sizable chunks of Kosher Salt to light up the taste buds like the Zilker Tree) puts your mouth on full delicious alert.Add the thick and zestful Queso and the sum total is the ultimate in cutting-edge pretzel technology.
Bastardization of a real German Biergarten. Not even remotely authentic. As a German, it is a bit insulting. WHAT is this?
Had them at a festival. Pretty skimpy on the onions. I had about 2 onion slices. Brat is fine, bun is fine.
Pros: Beer and Schnitzels are great, patio is excellent, the music they have some days makes the place specialCons: Sometimes is crowded, expect long lines, do not go in peak hours
Todd, Katy and Josh were absolutely awesome bartenders keeping it lively and friendly. They helped this out of towner find some more spots to check out. The food was also great! I recommend giving the rabbit-rattlesnake bratwurst a try if you feel brave enough. Really an awesome location with fantastic brews and brats.
