Jimmy John's - Austin

Lol I forgot I gave this place a 5. I think I was biased cuz I was working at Jimmie johns at the time. I still like their sandwiches, but there's many better sandwich places here in Austin that taste fresher than this. Their ingredients usually sit out in the open for awhile

The poor reviews here are just sad people with nothing else to do. Yes, they run out of bread because it gets busy sometimes. As for the don 't give proper amounts of meat review, it 's all cut on the slicer and weighed. So many whiny babies in the reviews here, it 's a Jimmy John 's. If you want a perfect meal go drop a rack on a 5 course diner

Out of bread??? Seriously? Just say you don't want to make any sandwiches but don't bullshit your loyal customers by saying you can't make a sandwich when that's legit all you are supposed to do. Awful.

Waited 20min for my order when the place was dead and my sandwich required no prep or toasting. As the only customer in there I watched the 5 or so employees chat it up. Order was completely wrong. The person who made my order stood there with my bag in their hand for a good bit finishing what they were saying. Maybe they should take 2 minutes to stop talking and actually pay attention to what I ordered next time...

The one on Gaston Ave Dallas Tx, they service sucks! The people work in there are rude and slow. They can't get your order right and have bad attitudes. Don't order online because your order will not be right with that crew they got in there now and they have the nerves to catch attitudes when you tell them your order isn't right. I gotta find another location because the one on Gaston suck. Badddd service!!
