The food got cold way too quickly and it was severely understaffed

It took 5 minutes to get a greeting and water. 4 waiters ignore us in a relatively empty restaurant. I asked for a shim to fix a very tacky table. No help to do this from the waitress and not worry about her part. Something like that. Don't be patient. Go out and went to Chuy’s to get to the list. Waited 20 minutes and had a nice meal. I'll never try Brick House again.

Horrible was 15 minutes at the door with a reservation before they even went to us, managers and servers all went over us. Just when a hostess came to us someone went out saying “if you are wise, go now”. Hostess began to tell us that they put us, but it will be 45 minutes before we get food. We went and went over the street instead of Chueys

They had 2 servers and 1/2 left the restaurant because they were not served. I waited 20 minutes and gave up. Others I spoke with were there for 45 plus min with only water on their table.

That was probably the worst experience in a restaurant I've ever had. The food was disgusting. The food came cold after waiting for it for an hour.
