Personally, I usually go for the breakfast tacos or chicken strips. The chicken sandwich can be a bit hit or miss; some days it's really great, while other days it just doesn't hit the mark.
I visited several Bill Miller locations, from South Texas to North, and this one was among the worst. The food was cold, and the place had a really unpleasant odor. I've never been let down by a restaurant before, but this experience was disappointing. I recommend you skip this location.
I placed an order for nearly $100 for an event, and the 2-pound ribs I received were dry and inedible. I didn't want to take half of them back to the restaurant. This should never have been served. I'm out $40. I can only assume that this is how they handle takeout orders, since no one would want to eat those ribs in the restaurant.
June 28 2022 MENU PICS *Previous Review* Nov 8 2021 Menu pics! Love the size of the brisket tacos, they?re the only reason I don?t go to Buccee?s or Rudy?s; Billy M?s compete right there to spot #1 due to convenience and flavor. The salsa is the best! It?s like combining salsa verde casera with salsa roja you use for breakfast tacos, so you are given this spicy blend that hits the spot more than regular red breakfast salsa. It?s like the salsa Mexican mothers make at home every day. The brisket could be cut thicker but I love that the portions have remained consistent even throughout the pandemic. Stay my fave!
Got brisket and honestly go down the road heb bbq if your hungry cause I got 3 small chunks, 2 of a slice cut in half and a strip off another. That's it...paid for air and for half the cost you could get a actual meal at any other BBQ place
