Five Guys - Aurora

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the staff here. They are so friendly! They say HI when you come in, smile; it 's very welcoming. They are prompt, attentive, keep the place clean and comfortable. I feel like their service is better than I get at most sit down restaurants. I 'm just amazed. I don 't get fast food very often, but when I do I want to come here. I 'd also like to give a special shout out to one staff member who 's particularly helpful and warm she 's short, Hispanic, and wears glasses. She is always paying attention to who 's coming in and making sure she addresses people right away to be sure their online order is given to them asap. Thank you!

I enjoy five guys, but don't really plan to go back a while. paid almost $8 for a burger but only about 3/4 of a burger (see photo.) I took a few bites and asked myself why I didn't get any meat in the bites I took. very disappointed that I didn't even pay so much for a full burger.

The restaurant always seems to be closed despite being located everywhere. I attempted to dine there on the evening of 10/25/22 at 6pm, but they were closed. I tried again today for lunch at 12:56pm on 10/27/2022, but they were closed once more. I am confused by their inconsistent opening hours.

Best burgers and pommes can buy them in the opposite, stalls down. super excited that they are reopened! if I don't want to grill at home and a big burger, this is the place!

Chase did an excellent job expediting orders at the restaurant. He worked quickly, kept the team on task, and showed great leadership skills. He was calm, friendly, and displayed high-level performance. The restaurant is fortunate to have him on their team.
