Wendy's - Augusta

Dave's Double is a great burger. Slightly expensive. Chili is very good. Unsweetened Ice Tea is a great low calorie beverage. Fish sandwich is the perfect crispy crunchy. But where's the fish? Reminds me of the old Wendy's ad with Clara Pella: Where's the beef?

Sadly we waited 4 minutes before anybody even came to the counter to help us and we ordered a simple meal nothing more and it took 14 minutes before it was plated for us, These people move with 0 urgency and 0 personality . The sad truth is this place used to be amazing and with the staffing currently this place is like a ghost town. Food was cold, Workers were less than friendly and they had no regard for MY TIME or SATISFACTION.

I used to get food here ... until a patron exited the bathrooms and said that the soap dispensers at both sinks were empty, to which the person at the counter didn 't seem too concerned about.Kinda begs the question, "How would the kitchen staff wash their hands, when they 're done using the bathroom? "I couldn 't bring myself to eat what I had ordered, threw it in the trash and went someplace else. You should consider going someplace else, too.

Food was cold. Cheese wasn't even melted on my breakfast sandwich.

Unfortunately my experience this time through Wendy's was not very good as the food was not fresh as Wendy's advertises. I had to reorder my hamburger and fries because when I looked at them at the window through the drive-thru the fries were extremely old as was the burger. The team that was there apologized and they recooked my food to ensure that it was fresh.Features: Fresh food, cooked to order
