Huddle House - Augusta

If I could, I would give this restaurant a 1 out of 4 stars. We waited at our table for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement. Finally, my husband was able to get a cup of coffee. However, after waiting for another 20 minutes, still no one came to our table. The staff seemed to be short-staffed and the ones there were moving very slowly. Although we tried to be patient, we reached our breaking point.

It was only one server and she was doing the best she could. Food wasn't to the standards I'm use to at this location. I haven't been here in a while and I was very disappointed with the food. The atmosphere was very cold, and overwhelmed environment. The restroom stunk. I needed to was my hands and I had to try and hold my nose and was one at a time.

Great food and service. Johnovan is an excellent server.

Food is good, service was very fast. The staff were pleasant. Almost did not go because the overall ratings are not very high, I did not read them, so I don't know why. I'd definitely go back. I'm pretty sure I ate my breakfast and got out in 30 minutes.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my meal. The bacon was undercooked, even though I had requested it to be well done. The service was lacking today.
