Kerby's Koney Island - Auburn Hills

I was waiting in line with my one year old son and 2 year old niece to get hotdogs for them when the worker told me I had to get out of line because they are closed. Even though I had already been waiting in line for several minutes and it was only 5:20 I was still told to back out of the line. Its very clearly listed that they close at 6:00pm not 5:20pm. All of the other restaurants were still serving customers and had people in their lines. The other customers were so disturbed by the rudeness that they added my son and nieces hotdogs to their order. After a fun day at the aquarium they really ended the day with horrible experience. Their management needs to work on training their employees to have some compassion and how to provide customer service.

My kids first time to try a koney as we aren’t from here. There was no wow factor but they are glad they tried what is so popular out here. My son said it was no different than a regular hot dog. They did add some chili, mustard and onions which added more taste to the hot dog. He did like the onions that added crunch to the hot dog. He did like the fries as he said there was flavor and was of decent portion.

This place is absolutely disgusting! We went in for lunch today and our food came cold and after we ate we immediately started feeling sick and my 2 year old started throwing up a lot in the car and now we are all sick now and we left there 2 hrs ago

Absolutely the rustiest and horrible service I’ve ever experienced. Waited 30 minutes for them to clear off and table as they talked and laughed while a whole line of people were waiting and not one of them even looked at us or said a word to us while waiting . Once sat down waited another 15 minutes for menus . Waitress was rude the entire time . Then finally when we got the food it was all wrong and then asked for ranch so my daughter could dip her chicken and had to wait 10 minutes for that as they all stood in a group talking . Horrible staff every single one of them . I will never step foot in that place again .

Will never walk for into this restaurant again. Been going there for several years. Walked in and received the rudest service ever in my life. Two female waitress were aggressive and confrontational. I gave two stars because the manager and the manager alone was professional and kind. We did leave as we weren't going to sit there amongst pure trash and aggressive behavior. The owner of Kerbys should really take a look at the low life's they hire.
