Blue Skies Brewery-auburn Hills

Came here for the first time and I will definitely be back! Came here on a Sunday afternoon and didn?t have to wait. I ordered the Roast Beef Panini with jalapeño chips. Also ordered the seltzer with Carmel apple flavoring. The panini was very good with a nice crunch on the panini. The Carmel apple flavoring was also delicious. They have several flavors for seltzer flavoring and will be back to try them all. Our server was friendly and service was prompt. There is quite a selection of beer and wine. There is also board games to play and they always have bar snacks available.

Enjoyed the food and drinks. The paninis were fine. It was a Friday night and there were a decent number of tables being served but they also had a reasonable number of servers. It was quite a long wait for the food but we were in no hurry and just enjoyed sitting outside talking.

Great place, we were here on a Friday night for dinner and a few beers. I tried almost all the beer on tap. They were all well made. Some of them were really good. I'd recommend the Irish red and a few of the other lighter colored beers. The beer mixed with cider options were also quite amazing. Wife loved the ipa cider mix. We would definitely go again.

Hidden ???? Gem Alert....The coffee shop inside....I just found this lovely space today and I'm down here all the time! The coffee shop is open EVERY DAY from 7am-4pm. I got that straight from the lovely gal who made my perfect latte! Right on downtown strip. Patio open. Check this place out. Oh ..the bar is stunning as well. They have wine and craft beers. Definitely will be back
