They have some very interesting aromas of beer. always very friendly and beautiful environment!

My husband and I visited October 30. We were in town for a quick birthday celebration, and I was really excited to see this historic bar. When we walked in, I was unsure of where to go. We walked up to the bar, hovered for a bit, then went to the end of the bar. We were never greeted or acknowledged in the slightest. Finally, we found a beer menu and decided on our drinks. Eventually, a rude woman took my husband's order, while I sat at a shellacked plywood picnic table. The beer was delicious! While enjoying our 1st drink, we overheard the only Male bartender telling another couple that were seated at the bar about the history of the building. It was a tale about the hauntings of the building and about how they had seen new faces since being on the Fort Wayne news. It was the day before Halloween, so I guess he thought all of the new faces were there to ghost hunt. I was only there as a car enthusiast who loves craft beer! I had seen the reviews and I was excited to go here! It was a major bust. The beer was great, but the unfriendly nature of the bartenders made us not want to stay. We felt COMPLETELY unwelcome as tourists. That's a shame because we would've spent more money and bought several growlers on our way out. Nope. Never again!
