They have a few pool tables and a pinball machine which was nice. They also have the strangest slightly run down bathrooms I've ever seen in a bar. I wonder who designed them? I wonder who decided to put that random booth seat in the bathroom? I'm intrigued! I'll probably visit again or at the very least recommend them to Bar Rescue.
Pretty Cool Stopped at Cassey's after a hospital visit at Sturdy down the road. This is a big place with pool tables and a large bar. They always have drink and app deals everyday. We had a few beers and a flatbread pizza. Not bad especially for 15-20 bucks total. The young lady behind the bar was very friendly and we made friends quickly with the funny clientele. Overall, not a bad spot in baron Attleboro. If your looking for a cheap no nonsense night out you could do worst. We'll be back. Thanks
Its about time! Attleboro has needed a happening bar that doesn't scream DO NOT ENTER (something a little less Lions Den-ish I love what they have done with the old Moose Cabin. Im not a big fan of the name change though..everyone pronounces it different lol But it looks so much better inside! What an improvement, extending the bar and breaking down that one wall has made! It looks like a real sports bar not the hodgepodge restaurant it once was. They have launched some great weekly deals, cool events, themed parties. They have cheap drinks, GIANT sangria or beer tubes muchh cheaper than Providence. Great and busy karaoke night on Friday. I am excited to see whats in store here :
This place is in the middle of nowhere in the city. It 's a pretty large building with A TON OF WASTED SPACE! The inside is a bit set up like a dark old haunted house. The main area where the bars and pool tables are is a decent sized area with plenty of room to hang out. But, it needs major updating! Near the bathrooms, there is a dark empty large room and another door that goes outside to the patio area with a bar. I would say my favorite place in this bar is the outside area. I like that there is plenty of seating and a fire pit. It 's an okay place to grab a drink with some friends but this is not a place to take a date or to have a real good time. This place is more geared for the local townies, 20-early 30 year olds, that basically rolls out of bed and show up in hoodies and sneakers (girls and guys)! I 'm 40 and I like to dress up and be all fancy with my appearance so I do feel slightly odd here but everyone is actually very nice and sociable which is why I do like coming here if I 'm in the area. It is fun now and then. However, this is not a place I would go to regularly if I lived in town. With all of the open space in the building, there is no reason why they can 't book bands every weekend! Pros: Friendly staff, plenty of room to hang out, plenty of parking, ladies room is kept clean, outside area, locals are nice. Cons: No live music/bands, needs renovations, old and outdated, meat market on the weekends.
Love Cassey's always a cool scene. Drinks are cheap, live band on the weekends, fun bar games. Perfect bar for Attleboro.
