El Potrero Mexican - Atlas

The wife and I ate dinner, and we ordered the cheese dip for appetizer, the burrito Gigante, and the chicken chimichangas. Everything was very delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

Update.. I reached out to them on Facebook and all they asked was who my waiter was. They did not try to resolve anything and told me they understood why I’m no longer a customer here. This place is horrible and I feel very hurt as a long time customer of this establishment to be treated this way. They did not want to resolve anything at all.I am so upset! This has always been our go to bi weekly/monthly Mexican restaurant for the past 4 years. We have spent thousands here. Today was the last time for that. We were in there almost two hours. Every single thing went wrong. Everytime we tried to talk to the waiter he wasn’t there and he would literally see us wave him down and he’d ignore us, we waited for him at one point for 20+ minutes. I’m pissed. I thank every waitress that we have had in the past that made our experiences there a delight. Shout out to the cooks that told our waiter that he was pissed to make our food and you could tell too. 0/10

What an absolutely terrible experience. Our party of 4 went at 5:30pm on a Sunday; the restaurant was almost completely empty. Our waitress could only be described as indifferent at best. We ordered queso as an appetizer and had to ask her to bring us chips to go with it. One of the meals we ordered was the San Jose special, described on the menu as Two stew beef burritos... . When it was delivered, the burritos contained chicken. When we asked her to correct the order, she said, When I pushed the San Jose Special button on the computer, the only two options were chicken or ground beef. Seriously?! So what did she do, just guess? We had to ask twice for the side of rice that was ordered at the table, and had to remind her that one of our meals came with tortillas. We asked three separate times for extra napkins, which she never brought, and we ultimately had to ask a different waitress if we could please have napkins. The food was surprisingly lukewarm despite the plates being incredibly hot. All all, I 'm not just unimpressed, I 'm shocked that this place has any good reviews. We will not be back.

Chicken tacos were soggy, it literally tasted like they poured chicken broth on them. We never get anything good here. The only thing we could eat were the chips and cheese. I thought maybe this location would be better.

Delicious chicken tacos! My husband had the tacos with 5 different meats. Very good. Music wasn't the best and a bit loud, but food and service were very good.
