Wendy's - Atlanta

I was here several times. Good experience as a whole. Fast and professional service. Usually a big chili. Also a Dave Burger and Pommes. Had a special one when you buy a sandwich for a dollar. Fries could have been fresher. Wish Wendys had something else instead of pommes like onion rings, fried okra or tater deads.

The staff is polite and efficient. They obviously work hard and treat very well with high customer volume. I eat here at least once a week and you need to get my order a little wrong. However, the facilities are old and outdated. There is no self-service drink dispenser, the menu board is in despair, and the device is old and worn. It seems like a failure of the administration. However, a service complaint: I don't think that they fill the fry cups enough, but that could be more of a problem with the new style of the fries being served in a cup that suits the old ones.

One of Wendy's best ambassadors in Atlanta. Good people.. Make yourself comfortable and make your order really a priority. You make Respect Courtesy a priority I'll come back. Respect for this place. They all that make our orders perfect every time... Thank you!

Lady over the speaker was very rude. I placed my order, SHE put me down for two orders even though I said only one, and got an attitude with me when i corrected her. Don?t know what her problem was exactly but don?t take it out someone else because youcouldn?t comprehend what I said through that old speaker.

10-9-22 10:30pm Black woman at the drive through window had the nerve to have an attitude over the mic and tell me she didn?t have one LMAO at the window having little patience and asks indirect questions ?which one you want??? Didn?t even know whatthe hell was being asked to gain info about the order, managed to still get my order wrong. $5 biggie bag? Didn?t think it wasthat difficult. Half of the order makes itself. Where they do that at?? Crazy. Get a new job.
