The Olive Bistro - Atlanta

Super dependable in the maintenance department. You put in a maintenance request online and its usually done in a day (sometimes they even show up day-of). Overall had a great time living here. Place is clean, neighbors are nice. We don't plan on renewing our lease just because its a little too pricey for us and we want more space (moving from a 1 bedroom to a 2) but from our experience you get quality living conditions and great service if you're willing to pay the price.

The Goodwynn is a very well kept and welcoming apartment complex, my family and I love living here, we couldn't ask for anything better. The staff are very friendly and will make sure you are taken care of, the community and atmosphere are everything we were looking for. I'm proud to call Goodwynn home.

Best apartment tour ever and I’ve recently been to 5 in the area. Our leasing agent was Nazly and she was professional and knowledgeable about the area. If you get Nazly your are in good hands!

The Goodwynn has been an amazing experience! The management team is extremely communicative, responds quickly to any questions or concerns — is absolutely the management team you want in an apartment complex, hands down. I had a horrible experience at my last apartment living here this past year has been a dream in comparison. 10/10 recommend

I waited to write this reviews, I’ve been in my apt for about a month and half. When I first called first to setup an appointment I talked to Aisha she was really nice and answered all the questions I had. When I came in to tour I was pleasantly surprised how nice the apts look. This made me feel so welcomed. I toured with Aisha the Property Manager and was so impressed by everything I saw. Aisha greeted me at the entrance and was so patient and thorough with the tour. She made sure to show me all the amenities the property has to offer the model. The pool is really large but my favorite part is I got the updated apartment my kitchen is beautiful with brand new appliances! So far my living experience has been great and I would highly recommend The GoodWynn
