Subway - Atlanta

Everyone is polite, and service is prompt. My problem is when I've ordered hot subs like steak or meatballs. Sometimes the meat is cold, even if I ordered it toasted. If this problem is addressed I'd eat lunch here more often. My rating would jump to 4 stars instead of 2.

Terrible Customer service! I went around 10:30 to beat lunch crowd. No one was there except me and the lady kept rushing me. I was asking about the new subway melts and she was so rude about it. Did not know what I was talking about. Then I asked which sandwiches on the $6 lunch meal and she was rude about that. I finally got fed up with her impatience and left. I will never go back to this location. Get employees that want to work and who are nice to people.

I never eat at this location. Now I know why! While waiting for our pickup order from Marco?s nextdoor to this subway, my husband and I gasped in horror when we saw an older female worker (possibly the owner? go from sweeping the floor to then using that same broom to then ? clean ? the tables!!! Yuuuuuuuck! What would possess anyone to do something so gross. This took place a few months ago. I was supposed to call in a complaint , but simply forgot . Was thinking about it again today , so here?s my review. Good luck!

Just gonna put this star here so I remember the subway with the skimpy sandwiches (I got 7 ingredients) and the burnt cookies.

I ordered three sandwiches yesterday evening via mobile order, one of which was a chicken sandwich with toppings. Picked them up on time and upon arriving home I opened mine and noticed that the chicken and cheese was missing from my sandwich.. however it was still toasted because the bread was rock hard. Soo I guess they just toasted the veggies? I?m not really sure but needless to say I was a bit disappointed as I was really craving that sandwich. At least my families orders were fine.
