Pizza Hut - Atlanta

I ordered a Pizza over an hour ago and I am still waiting on my food. I’m actually trying to call the store and have been on hold for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Pizza took forever to come out just for it to be over cooked uneatable. very hard nasty

I mean to be honest the food isn't bad and I actually like it for the cheap cost and ease of being in downtown. However, the service and everything is pretty bad. But, anyone who expects better is kind of dreaming cause its downtown atlanta and its pizza hut. Basically, its pizza hut in the city. What do you expect?

The Young guy at the register is horrible, he's extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, he talks to you like he doesn't care and they never get your food order correct, I ordered wings and they gave me a completely different order, he argued with me about the price of the food and charged me for a larger amount that I ordered, when I asked to see the receipt he caught a worse attitude and threw the paper receipt at me. Extremely wrong and unprofessional, it's sad because he looks no older than 18-19 years old there's no reason to be miserable working at such a young age. If you're unhappy LEAVE! Don't treat the customers like **** !

I called to order some food and when I found out that they don't deliver to my address. I asked the employee named Carlos if he could find a store that would deliver to my address. He said sure and after I waited 15 minutes. They hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak with the manager and they hung up on me again. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. That have lost any chance of me conducting business with them.
