Papa Johns Pizza - Atlanta

Pizzas were too late for two hours. we never received a confirmation email and the load did not take their phones. the pizzas were cold when they arrived and the wrong order. we had already ordered new pizzas from somewhere else, which means that we talked out like on pizzas. do not worry about this business.

Rude manager/ cashier and the pizza quality was gross. Shaq should be embarrassed

The pizza seemed to have been prepared in a rush, however that was expected as this is one of the busiest pizza eating nights of the year Super bowl Sunday. The garlic sauce was squished in the box and had leaked. My only other complaint is that this location does not offer curbside pickup. And for person like myself that is mildly handi-capable the need to walk 75 ft from the closest parking space to the front counter is a bit difficult. When I attempted to park close to the pickup window I was asked to move by a representative after I had already exited my vehicle and was at the door. They did oblige me this one time and give me my order without my having to move. Unfortunately ,for this reason I probably will not be ordering carry-out from this location again anytime soon.

I've never had a truly bad experience at this papa john's. i ordered a pizza today (a saturday night) for carryout. there were only TWO (2) people working. they are doing the best with what limited staff they have.

They literally only have one person taking order and making the food but still the food came out exceptionally pizza done properly aye alil more well done on the wings n I would gave a better rating. But I know it oven baked so Good Job
