Food is alway good at Panera, we were a party of 11 bringing some business to them so the manager Gerald was Kind of nice at the beginning and I said that to her, but after I told her nicely that she didn't prometed to me the 50% off on a pastry she kind of got bad and told me that she did and she couldn't gave the discount then and you know she could,, but she didn't wanted) after that she got very mean terrible atmosphere, but you know what!!! I was voice recording something before we got there and I didn't stop the recording so every thing got recorded, and yes!! She did not offered me the discount so I paid full price for it. And the whole group had their bad experience also, so sad.
It sucks here. No one cares. The bathrooms are trashed. It's nasty. No one is paid enough to care. There's always trash outside facility. You have to wait to even see anyone behind a counter. Workers don't give af... only one person, her name is Laura. She is the epitome of a an amazing person and employee. Every time.
Our dining selections were two steak and white cheddar cheese sandwiches, chicken noodle soup, onion soup, large green teas, and bagged kettle chips. The sandwich meat could have been sliced thinner for a clean bite instead of pulling all of the meat out of the sandwich with the first bite. The chicken noodle soup was good. The onion soup tasted good initially, but had an aftertaste during the meal that lingered for the rest of the afternoon. It's almost like the onions may have been partially burned during the caramelization cook process. Folks don't realize it, but making good onion soup is an art. The green tea was good. Kettle chips are OK if you like them. Our thoughts, your taste buds may differ.
Sorry. I love Panera, I really do, but this location sucks! Why would they put pick up orders with the cashier? They don’t put them in the usual place that is designated for pickup/online orders. I had to wait instead in a line to pick up my order that I’ve already paid for!!! The whole point of making pickup/online orders is to pay in advance in order to avoid the waiting in line.
