Midtown Atlanta

I had an excellent stay! I am in atlanta for business, about once a month, and that was my first time in this hotel. fantastic and friendly service, comfortable bed and room, the interieur and decor is really an artwork. last year I had only bad or par hotel experiences until last week. this hotel experience made another fun in a hotel. I had forgotten what was a good service. many thanks for such a great experience! the only conus was that the toilet had to be flushed at least 2-3 times to reduce the toilet paper. I take this little inconvenience and stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I came on a trip to my birthday and loved every piece of it. the personal was very nice and accommodating with everything they need or have problems. night I'm the hotel is great that they have a good time. try the spinach dip at the bar! and enjoy the other pleasants the hotels have to offer.

Beautiful modern hotel with great atmosphere. so convenient to everything, easy to foot to so many restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, from the reception to the valet. hotelbar had good drinks, but mediocre spears (overpriced, better choices close). the rooms are very beautifully designed, we had a king suite that was a comfortable spacious room. only complained was that there were no drawers, chests or anything to unpack clothes, just one cabinet. that was strange for such a nice room.

First I want to start with positive of our stay. the bar and restaurant in the hotel were immaculate. the service was great, eating was great, and the atmosphere was comfortable. a problem we had with the hotel is our room, there was a click sound from the bathroom that happened all 30 seconds. we alerted the reception and they brought us to another room. a negatiw of the hotel were the elevators. the systems used by them are annoying and we waited for over 10 minutes for one before we gave up and the stairs for 15 flights. the biggest and worst negatiw was the brave service the hotel forces them to use. it is expensive, $50 per night, and they are not able to pull the car once in. Finally our car came back and made a noise after he checked it with the Valet service. we took it right after loading into the load and the floor of our car was cracked. the heat shield was cracked and contacted the drive shaft. either the car has been grounded, where the valet has parked it, or the brave driver has ruined our car. either terrible service and I would never stay here again.

Pros: Our room was beautiful and had a great view (felt like we were in another country the lobby was beautiful to hang out in, every part of the hotel has been beautifully curated, and the bar had great drinks.Cons: Be prepared for loud and rowdy guests. We had guests running up and down our hall screaming from 1:30-2:30 in the morning. Pretty frustrating behavior when you are paying so much money. Just something to be mindful of if you are hoping for a quiet getaway.Also, our hotel room did not cool very well. We had it set to 64 and it still was too warm for blankets. No fans or anything in the room.
