Krystal - Atlanta

The person that took my order was nice. Unfortunately that meat on my burgers were dried out and old. The French fries were fresh and great. Lobby was freezing and most tables were dirty.

This location always has some issues at late night. Either their system down or they don't have burgers ready. I waited 20 mins at 4am. Management need to do better, poor customer service.

Krystal is Krystal. You never know what you’re gonna get, am I right? I went here and ordered a chicken sandwich, only pickle, and some French fries. It took 19 minutes to get from the ordering speaker to the window and there were only 3 of us in line (fast food huh? and the fries were extremely cold. Not lukewarm….but cold. It was appalling. The chicken sandwich was fine, and the glaze bombs were not glazed at all. Overall, it was off putting but if you’re hungry at 3am….you might as well give it a go.

When ever I am in Buckhead, I want Krystals because there isn't one near me and I really love those little square burgers. Yesterday just happened to be my day and as always I wasn't disappointed. I want to thank the two Gentleman that took care of me because my bacon cheese krystals were fresh and hot off the grill as were the fries mmmm mmmm delicious. This location always lives up to my fast food expectations and everyone is ready to serve via the drive thru or walk in. Well done Gentlemen. well done. I will definitely make a special trip down there again because it's totally worth it

Old favorite. No one has reviewed Krystal? What's not to love? Terribly unhealthy, artery clogging square goodness. Wonderful at 3PM or 3AM, just prepare for the gastrointestinal aftermath. Better fries than most fast food places. And just for the record: all of their combo prices are sans cheese. Be prepared for an extra 30-50 cents per burger. I bet they make a good bit of their yearly profit on cheese.
